The service can only be taken at our offices. Please check the Book Now Section for available offices. If you need a rental delivery please call for prices and special conditions. Even if you have a reservation, We will only deliver the car if you comply with the terms and conditions.
Cancelation policy
You may cancel your reservation at any time. if payment was made through this site, you will get a full refund if cancelation is made 24 hours before the Pick up time, a $50 cancelation fee will apply if cancelation is made less than 24 hour prior the pick up time. Reservations made through third party websites have to be cancelled with those websites.
Refund Policy
Once you sing the Rental agreement you accept to pay the total amount even if you don’t use the total of the rental. Parcial refunds will be made in the case of Early Return but note that your confirmed rental rate applies only to the exact reservation period specified. Returning the vehicle early subjects you to a higher daily and/or weekly charge as follow: The rate will increase by US$ 30.00 per day not to exceed the estimated total at the time of Rental.
Return Policy
There is no Return policy in effect since we don’t sell any articles.
